ps I saw a woman, dressed in business attire, drive up to the convenience store around 5:15 pm on a weekday this past summer -- she ran into the store, emerged with her arms full of Harbor Bars and one partially unwrapped, and the biggest smile on her face, like planning for this had gotten her through her work day! She looked like she was about my age -- mid- to late 30's -- and I think she was reliving her childhood just as I was. You are bringing a lot of people joy! Thanks so much!!
Many years ago, our local Junior Woman's Group sold Harbor Bars out of a freezer cart at our town's Old Home Day Celebration! They were a big hit!! In Oct, our Volunteer Fire Dept is Celebrating 75 years! We would love to bring those Harbor Bars back!
